October 5: Ghost Craft for Seniors: Synergy Seminar Series. Join Synergy HomeCare for our quarterly Senior Seminar Series, designed for older adults, focusing on enhancing well-being, understanding aging, and navigating health challenges. October 6: Teen Crafternoons. Tuesdays = your creative time. Hang out and make cool stuff. No sign-up, no stress. Just show up and create something awesome! This week: Diamond Painting - create a masterpiece...piece by piece. 3:30 - 4:30 PM in the 2nd Floor Teen Space. Intended for ages 13 - 19.  

October 6: Wee Wigglers Story Time. Join us for action rhymes, stories, and songs for children ages 5 and under - Tuesdays at 10:00 AM in the Program Room.

October 7: Silent Book Club - Banned Book Read-In. This Banned Books Week, we’re teaming up with @librofm and Silent Book Club to host a Banned Books Read-In to protest book censorship. Join us as we read and take action to fight book bans! Attendees will get to select a free book from our Banned Book Selection and also receive a free audio download of either Banned Together or How to Defend Books and Why from Libro.fm, while supplies last. 4:30 PM in the Howard Rutan Meeting Room.  

October 7: Teen Writing Club. We’ve got writing prompts and games to spark your imagination and snacks* to fuel your mind! *While supplies last. Come write, chill, and connect with other teen writers. No pressure, just good vibes, cool ideas, and a space to be creative. Wednesdays, 3:30 - 4:30 PM in the 2nd Floor Teen Space. 

October 8: ¡Library Lotería! Join the library and DACC on the second Thursday of every month for a traditional Mexican game similar to Bingo. Win unique prizes for the whole family. Lotería cards are limited, but walk-ins and spectators are welcome as space allows.
